Project
34m high mullions (90 & 150 x 360 deep) with matching transomes supporting a proprietory glazing system. They were braced by Glulam Struts.
The project also incorporated 12 meeting room pods in 2 stacks of 6 having Kerto framing and primary support from round Glulam Columns running the full 7 storeys high.
The Birch plywood infil panels have increased thickness and include a layer of plasterboard for sound reduction. 150mm of insulation quilt also contributes but is primarily thermal.
The building is 24m long x 17m wide and 12m high to accommodate 285 seats. It required 289 ribs, 108 nodes and 1448 plywood panels extending to 750m2
